Choreography of energy in motion: from viscous (oil) to pulsed (electric), from rails to river, from city memory to present geopolitics. Portugal’s electric heritage and renewables leadership converse with today’s oil chokepoints and disrupted flows, felt in bodies, sound, and shared space.
