Taking gumboot, pantsula, gnawa and other traditional dances as a starting point, Bouziane Bouteldja explores bodies in perpetual movement and ancient rituals, while dancing and hoping for better days. Using natural elements and materials such as water, soil, and sand, the French choreographer creates a piece which alludes to the history of the Sapiens, questioning the history of migrations and the big movements of exploration of the world. It creates a connection between the past and the present, exploring the motivations of these movements and interrogating our perception of the Other. — Bouziane Bouteldja
Bouziane Bouteldja was born in Tarbes (France). He is the youngest in a family of 9 children. He discovered hip hop dance in 1998 with Tayeb Benamara and trained under the tutelage of choreographers Kader Attou, Karim Amghar and Olé Khamchanla. In 2001, he founded DANS6T with a group of dancers, a non-profit dance organisation dedicated to teaching hip hop dance and social work in deprived neighbourhoods. Under Bouziane's direction, in 2007, DANS6T formed its own dance company. Bouziane then committed herself to realizing her own artistic visions, reflecting and questioning social problems. Over the years, her research has become increasingly focused: through her body, she seeks to bring her commitments and convictions to the stage.

"writing | from pluriprisma attention is an experimental, procedural and performative project, it is conceived in 360º and aims to be performed in spaces whose characteristics allow the audience to choose the perspective, the distance and the possibility to move around. Similarly to my previous projects, I propose to continue a reflection and research that puts into practice issues around the performativity associated with the action of designing or constructing devices within the field of installation and sculpture. For this particular project I will use materials that are stored without function and purpose in my father's carpentry workshop." Flávio Rodrigues
Flávio Rodrigues is a multidisciplinary artist. Since 2006 he develops his own projects of multidisciplinary artistic creation, experimental, procedural and autobiographical. Drawing, performance art, object manipulation, sound, movement and sculpture are the essential media he uses. As a performer, he proposes the construction and composition of intuitive devices, using materialities, sounds, images and objectualities that come mostly from processes of spontaneous encounter, reuse and gleaning. The walk and the state of drift have emerged as a meritorious processual base. He is associated artist of Balleteatro since 2021. www.flaviorodrigues.info

PONDO REZAS NOS LÁBIOS - Isabel Barros & Carlos Guedes
Starting from the theme of the sea and the diverse relationship of the artists who live in Portugal or in Cape Verde, Isabel Barros, proposes a play for public space, created with Carlos Guedes, based on the assumption: how much the sea is in me and in the other. The choice of the actress Lisa Reis, born in S.Vicente, reinforces this research on the look of someone who was born in a country surrounded by sea. Putting prayers on lips, it is a project of spoken word, music and gesture.
Isabel Barros Artist, co-founder of balleteatro (1983), artistic director of Teatro de Marionetas do Porto since 2010 and of the Museu das Marionetas do Porto opened in February 2013. She has a vast path of artistic creation, in which she highlights the crossing of languages, namely dance, theatre and puppets. He soon became interested in creating projects favouring transversal and alternative formats, with other artists and with the community. In 2014 he created the Festival Corpo + Cidade, dedicated to performance in public space, which since 2016 has become part of the DDD Festival programme. In 2018 he received the Municipal Medal of Merit - Gold Grade. Por1to is his city of origin and of choice, in which he develops his work with a sense of urgency and a strong social dimension.
